BTW: It's been a long time since I read any books with the Noghri or Joruus or Kyp (I can't say I even remember Kyle, though there are lots of SW books I haven't read). Nonetheless, I think there are some good characters in there. The Noghri come across more as weapons than characters in the books (you don't learn a lot about what they think or feel, so in that sense Noghri don't matter as people as much as they matter as combatants and how their combat capabilities affect the plot), but they were very, very interesting weapons and could make good SW:GoH characters, since the game doesn't rely a lot on characterization.
Interestingly, while my memory of the Noghri is old and faded, and possibly inaccurate in any number of ways, when I first saw Bistan I thought of the Noghri ... I could see the art for the Noghri resembling Bistan in certain ways.
