They need to at least cycle through gear of the same level throughout the 3 challenges. It is absolutely ridiculous to have 2000 of one kind of gear that never gets used but then have 15 characters needing the same 2 or 3.
And it is even worse to get those same gear pieces as "rewards" for finishing a raid. Come on CG, throw us a bone.
