Main issue I can see is some large accounts would never leave K1 and never play gac. Net result would be more autos, also an uneven distribution in each division. In strongly suspect the economy aspect of GaC (ie total crystals paid out) are based on an even distribution and thus allowing this idea would increase total crystals paid out. So .. not happening.
