Boot the entire guild after a reset. Reinvite everyone immediately.
Lifetime tickets are 100% accurate and are updated live.
Set a time that everyone must have 600/600.
If at that time anyone's lifetime tickets aren't divisible by 600, boot them. Invite an alt to dump energy. Reinvite after reset.
