Are Clones worth it?

So I made a second account to see if I could place in a good arena spot. I opened a chromium pack and got Cody from it. I'm level 37 right now and arena rank 1000. I'm ranking up pretty quickly right now (I was rank 10,000 a few days ago). But I'm curious what team build I should go for, because I could have Cody, clone sargeant, and Fives pretty soon. I just want to know what team I should focus on to get a high arena rank as soon as possible. Any recommendations on if I should focus on clones, or if empire or rebels are better? Really just trying to figure out what my best chance is at being successful

    Having said that I got to a new arena rank recently and faced an all clone team, thought it'd be easy and it wasn't.

    Plus it was refreshing to see such a team admist all the WGGS, Chaze and sith teams going on at the moment.


    I started the account to try and get a high arena rank I'm still playing on my main account but I'm only 200 there and don't see myself ranking up very much. I'm not saying I want Cody really bad on my main account but I'm curious if he'll be an effecient way to rank up

    i wouldn't use clones on a new account, they're not that good in arena and most certainly not that good without the zeta.

    Clones are only good really when they are all together. Rex, and Fives can be good in many other teams though. Clones are not easy to farm either so I would not recommend them. Guild, and ship shops for their shards doesn't make it easy to farm them either. Much better to save ship points for zetas or ships to unlock the zeta farming.
