So out of 19 attempts farming canderous I got 4 shards not to speak of the fact that the Darth Revan event is coming was this done on purpose I called and complained and they gave me 500 crystals but 4 crystals during double drops I experienced this during double drops farming nightsister spirit what are you experiencing farming in the Cantina during double drops. To add my first experience with double drops start it I used it to farm my vets for jtr and it worked well but for nightsister Spirit and candoruis it came back to kick me in the face, but I'm curious if fish is a programmed glitch because of the Darth Revan event

I got 48 Ebon Hawk Shards today. It was a good day.

No they are not.

Double drops are a thing that happens and they do not change the drop rates as they have stated multiple times, which means that some may end up with a bad drop here and there. Yes this can happen on the the day when double drops are active. Due to a concept called 'confirmation bias' and the importance/rare occurence of double drops people tend to complain more because they are paying close attention at this time, causing some to believe they are getting handed a bad run and blame it on the dev team. The truth is that these bad runs can and do happen all the time with no bias to a person, date, time, or number of sims selected.

Honestly, I'm annoyed with the CS Rep gave you any compensation for your complaining. All it will is continue your entitlement (you made a post after receiving undeserved crystals) and provide a false credence that you deserved anything other than what's stated and provided to everyone else.
