Yeah, these are notoriously difficult - you might do some research and build some teams to get some of these fights done. Generally the teams that work are all-around good teams so it wouldn't be a waste of resources. You'll just need to dig a bit. Check youtube as well as there are a few content creators that have done videos for the proving grounds fights.
