Are Sim Tickets Being Phased Out?

So I just ran out of Sim Tickets for the first time ever, and I have been playing for two years. I'm not really seeing them as rewards anywhere either. I do see they are for purchase for 30 Crystals...

First world problems. My pile keeps growing because I only farm hard nodes, and the ones that require 20 energy. Hint, the drop rates are better on hard nodes compared to other ones.
