Are Sith Raid Changes immediate? (DEV RESPONSE)

CLARIFICATION: Sith Raid Changes:
1. Sith Raid P1 health reduction cannot occur in a current raid, as the health number is persistent throughout the raid. Any raid originated after the update will have the change.
2. Character Ability changes are immediate, as they don't carry persistence between fights. (can be refreshed).
