If he's cheating, he can be found. Were y'all's reports via PMs to LucifersDaddy, and did he ever reply saying he was investigating? If not, it's very possible your messages were lost in the multitude of inbox requests he gets. I'll tell you, the messages with more relevant details certainly get placed in a higher priority.
I don't buy it. I have sent him (LucifersDaddy) a bunch of messages, detailing every place where this hacker was CLEARLY using a god mode APK hack (7* Palp at lvl 54, 5 dot speed mods at lvl 54 with no leveled Jedi to unlock shop from defense challenge, no leveled resistance to unlock tier 3 Speed challenge, etc. etc.). No response - ever. I started the chain in December and continued to send updates until last week. Silence.
Same here, LD says investigating and then no action. Basically the way the hackers are hacking, EA engineers have no way to pin point directly, which is sad.
