Are we ever getting the missing R5-D5 shards?

So, I have to raise the question here. Those of us that unlocked R5-D5 by buying a pack in the in game pop up (hence did not unlock the character by collecting the free shards) and ended up never receiving the free shards, when will we get these shards? I’ve started 6 tickets in game where the response is usually ”restart your game” (I have, didn’t help), ”reinstall your game” (I have, didn’t help), or ”we are aware of this issue and it will be sorted out” (it hasn’t) and I’m about to give up. The last response couldn’t even say IF we would get the shards that are missing, let alone when. 

it’s been well over a month now and now the Rotta event is active and some of us can’t complete even the first tier until we have received the rewards. At least tell us how and when this will be handled, we need to know in order to plan our in game purchases.
