Are we going to see any mod set buffs?
Brainstorming some mod improvements here...I'd like to see the following mod sets get a buff for having the full set bonus: Speed: - Factor in total speed with mods on OR increase base speed more....

I agree with the OP. The speed mods are the worst investment, it is better to get other mods as the 10% boost on any character is pretty low compared to boost to other stats.
