So you "understand that new characters need to be exciting so people will want to farm them" but still moan.
These kind of decisions that mean Whales will whale regardless on characters that are "basically insignificant in the Star Wars universe" are what keeps the game running for lighter spenders or f2p.
Its not CG that needs to come to their senses, they've played a blinder here.
Now I'm fully convinced you work for them, CG does not need to come to their senses? Are you even playing this game? Since the Era of Anniversary there has not been a single week that has been bug or error free.
