But they have also acknowledged mistakes and corrected them. This shard is so many standard deviations beyond a normal level of activity that it is driving people to quit or not bother. Simply hiding behind we don't change shards is not constructive given thus is a clear exception. Also burying this post in the ship forum adds to the frustration when this post is not actually about ships but the calcaulation used to derive the shard.
