The whole "switching ranks" thing rather than just bumping the loser down one spot has never made any sense.

Not that the arena doesn't need work but...

So it is ok to be able to jump form 20 to 11 but if you lose only go down to 9?

If you are only going down 1 for a loss should not be able to jump 9+ on a win.
