Rebel hatred or not, Some Rebels (about half of them) are useless/not good enough at the moment.

As I experienced just few use Rough one teams, because the hard farm of Jyn and Chaze.
People underestimilate Bistan and K2 as well. (I dont know the time when I encountered any of them)
I actually agree with this, they have some duos that are exceptional, but a good chunk of the group is very bad or lagging well behind. They could balance out the bad ones and mostly leave the ones already good alone.
AA, Han Solo, HR Scout & Soldier, Luke, Lando, and Leia could all use a bump.
