R10 is now the new max level so it only makes sense that you're NOT going to see a guild member promote a unit to R9
Stop being lazy when it comes to RotE tracking. As a guild leader/officer you should KNOW what you need for platoons in RotE and have an idea of who is closest to the units that you need to fill whatever ops you are going after. If you're checking on your members activities (or shudder...asking them to communicate to you WHEN they promote a unit for RotE purposes) then this should be a mute point
