Giving CG the benefit of the doubt, the fact that JKL has no Rebel tag, no synergies that make much sense relative to the character era, and is excluded from teams with Old Republic Jedi makes me thin...

It depends. JKL beat Vader when he was raging while Vader was being calm just trying to talk to him
