This guy is insane!
I had started a thread specifically about Anti-evasion finally arriving before this was merged. I don't think the toon is weak, but the anti-evasion is only a 20% chance. That was what I was calling a little weak.
Well Dooku only has a 15% evasion up and we see how well that works when he's on defense ;) I think he'll be a niche to a droid team. I don't plan on getting him until he's farmable in the ever so distant future.
