At this time, gears are way more important than characters & shards.

I have 25 characters sitting at 7* and gear 8...all of them need unobtainable gear. Only way to get them is through raids or guild shop. It takes a long time.

I could care less about new characters. Give me new ways to get unobtainable gear for existing characters.
