I think Howzer initially obeyed order 66, took a hit, and got sense knocked into him. Like Rex against Asoka. I don’t understand the rest of the clones unless now the chips are obsolete and they back to making their own decisions. Which makes Crosshair more a sociopath than a soldier, even for the Empire.

Rex had his chip removed. I don’t think Howzer did.
