It would be awesome to see the bad batch but I'm pretty sure they'd be quite old/dead from old age at that point. Unless they are able to stop the accelerated aging somehow.

Don't forget that we saw young Kanan in the show and in Rebels we had a few episodes with Rex and the gang when he was grown up.
