I'm not naive, I work in corporate marketing for the largest casino gaming corporation in the world so I get the business aspects. It is all about the bottom line and making your investors happy, but you need consistent customers to make that money. My experience also tells me that you must listen to your customers or you will fail. We take our customer feedback very seriously, especially the negative, and make decisions accordingly. There is an entire team allocated that spends 100% of their time reviewing customer feedback, evaluating it, and make suggestions for action to the appropriate leaders in our company. We may not listen to everything but when there is a seemingly large population that is unhappy about the same issue, we give it a serious look. I think there are some things EA does well but overall I think they've made some major mistakes with this game. Look at how many good mobile games have lasted for years. Do you see this game being around this time next year?
First of all, i'm sorry, didn't mean any offense saying u or anybody is naive. Is just we love so much this game that seems our hearts speaks lounder than our heads sometimes.
Thinking about customer feeedback, makes me wonder how EA makes big money. I've played other games from this company and i can assure you all have major flaws and bugs, most on updates. And believe, people loosing account on updates is often, happened to my self. They never retrieve my lost account due to their mess, and many other friends never got them back too. Their customer service is a bad joke, just don't work!
I've participated in other games guild/leagues and hate for EA mess is big, really is. Refund is very commom because of this issues. How they survive? Maybe they grab success franchise like Star Wars, NBA, NFL, etc. So people will play for the love on that.
