Balance.. what do you think it means?

I read the word ‘balance’ in so many threads on here but it’s used is so many ways and it appears to have several meanings, so could someone clarify? I thought balance would mean that each characte...

Balance means same (gear) level teams have equal chance of winning, given they have synergy themselves. For example, a full First Order Squad has a chance against CLS-lead Rebels. Or, if this can't be achieved, balance can also mean a rock-paper-scissors scenario, where not everyone can beat anyone, but all teams are vulnerable to at least one other. Neither is true for swgoh right now. CLS ruined a previous rock-paper-scissors situation.
