Balance.. what do you think it means?

The "balance" in this game is in a bad place. Certain factions are so much more significantly powerful than others. Certain factions are extremely underpowered and underwhelming with such outdated kits and wet noodle damage. I am a long time player of this game and I will keep playing it, but I am getting very annoyed with one character with 6 abilities being able to nearly solo my entire team. There should be very frequent updates that update each faction giving older characters new abilities and zetas to make them viable. (More frequent faction passes) Let's see some variety and balance to keep this game interesting. I am getting tired of the lack of balance in this game, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. It's starting to get stagnant and boring seeing the same leaders and teams everywhere.
