Balance.. what do you think it means?

To some degree, we create our own balance in the game.
For instance you could have
Rebels for ARENA
Clones for haat
Phoenix for combats in tb
Maybe another sqaud or 2 for gw.
Or you could just max out resistantance with Finn zeta and do pretty good on all those modes
