Logged into game, played Tier 3 of Coliseum. Got about 60%. Used rewards to level up Choda to 30, where Luke and IG were. Played Coliseum again, got 100%. Tried Tier 4 for fun, got wiped without taking a turn. Got the Defeat screen, then a notice I was banned for cheating at Coliseum. Game closed out immediately. Unable to get back into game, same message. Been playing for over 4 years, never once had an issue. I don't use any extra tools for the game, just play on mobile. Exactly how was I cheating using only what is available in-game? Already filled out the appeal form. Allycode: 489517331

I cannot help but i had the exact same issue. Almost at the exact same level and got banned at the exact same moment. This is weird and I want you you to know that at least you aren't alone

Your only real mistake is thinking that anything done by CG is something other than the greatest level of incompetence and chuckleheadedness.

What’s funny is I’m going through the 5 stages of grief for this ban, and I’m on the anger part just venting out on these forums, like wth, how can you accuse me of a crime that I never did and execute that judgement without evidence and than brand me for it in my face..

Finally able to log in the game and the store so looks like I was unbanned now.

I bet there’s a time lag between their bot scanning your account levels and scanning your coliseum scores. Classic

Banned how exactly?

Why in the world would CG make such an effort to find Coliseum ‘cheats’ when they do nothing about cheating in Fleet Arena or GAC!

Because so many players were being stupidly blatant about it right from the first minute and players were noticing. This is their new shiny that all their resources are prioritized for. PVP is low priority.

People who cheat in one game mode probably cheat in the others. Coliseum actually makes it a lot easier for CG to catch cheaters, if the bot is calibrated right.

Same here - I've upgraded 3 of my 5 chars to lvl 48-52 and found good strategy to make max damage (Ventress - as leader, her contract reward boosting dmg significantly for all chars; Barris - as a damage dealer with her multiple attacks in one turn + significant healing; Chewie - as healer). With that config I've managed to get to the 40% of 7Th level of Coliseum and after I lose that battle - my account got banned for "cheating in Coliseum", but obviously I didn't.
I dare to assume that the developers didn't well tested the mechanics of the Coliseum mode before release, so the successful selection of a pack of characters is considered as a bug-using, and players are paying for that by losing their accounts.
I've sent a report / ticket and asked for investigation on that issue to make them assured that there wasn't any cheating - waiting for response...

The rng is so random on this event I can understand why what appears to be an underpowered team gets 100%
Has anyone had their case resolved yet? Or should we all fear playing coliseum

I'm at like... 36 hours of my ban now. No word, nothing. I just get to check every now and then and still be banned.

I got resolved at about the 65 hour or so mark. Wednesday 5:45 PM straight through to Friday 12:45 PM
