I was Banned I assume it was for cheating because at the start of my account i used a apk cheat i stopped using it around 2 month ago i'm an idiot for using it .i was thinking is there a possibility that i could ever get unbanned or should i just start a new account .

You cheated, so don't count on it. If you haven't been unbanned by now, you probably didn't spend enough money to get only a temp ban. lol
The issue is that you have to interact with other players' accounts, via PvP and whatnot. As your account is no longer 'clean' or can be made 'clean' it can never be re-opened. You'll have to start a new account.
The fact that you’re remorseful is good but doesn’t change or excuse the fact that you cheated. The account isn’t going to get reinstated, you should go ahead and start over.
