I honestly think you shouldn't do the app store / Google play refund first hand lol. You might get account locked from my experience in MMORPGs. (happened in a game where my credit card got double charged because of connection issue, called credit card company to cancel 1 of them, I got banned because they thought I defaulted on payment and ran away with content. It took awhile to rectify).
So those who treasure their efforts in the game might want to let others risk it first lol
