Let me explain why no one deserves their money back. The pack you bought was not solely Barriss Offee. You got multiple characters and character shards as well as credits. That is exactly what the description said you'd receive.
She's still a good healer because she seems to heal right through heal blocks plus has the passive heals. She's not as good as she was, but I don't see what all the fuss is about.
