However when they did this they did not play test well enough before releasing the update. If they need people to play test I'm sure that if they setup a public test server like what Diablo 3 has they would have loads of people who would help. Providing somebody 150 crystals per day to play a certain number of arena matches in such a server would both provide people with more things they are able to do in game each day, and provide more widespread play tests to ensure that when they release the new patch or the new character it will be balanced.
