Barriss Offee Unique

Barriss is slow as dirt. Make this a MUCH higher chance to dispel.

At the end of each of her turns, Barriss has an 80% chance to Dispel one random negative status effect from each Jedi ally, and a 40% chance to Dispel one random negative status from ONE other non-Jedi ally. Barriss then gains 9% Turn Meter for each effect removed.

This makes Barriss slightly more badass. Much needed.

Agree. As we see in the aat raid, this ability is so weak it may as well not be there.

Whenever any character suffers a debuff Barris has a 50% chance to remove one debuff from each ally ( not just Jedi ) For each debuff dispelled this way, restore 10% max health to the afflicted character and give barris 10% turn meter.

She's slow so the effect should be passive so you don't have to wait two rounds for her turn. Since the debuff removal is passive, it's going to speed her up so she has a better chance to do a heal.

Yeah 100% agree on adding non jedis to this unique. This will see her more useful in mixed teams including clones under GK

In light of temp/chirpa p3 aat. my suggestion is too overpowering. New proposal:

At the start of each ally character's turn Barris has an 55% chance to remove one debuff on the character. For each debuff removed this way restore 10% health to that character and Barris gains 15% turn meter. This effect is 20% more effective for Jedi Allies and works on all debuffs (not just one, and each debuff is a 55% success/fail roll)

In theory Sid will still suffer some debuffs but they won't last as long. He may get a little healing as well but under the current raid mechanic he's never seriously in danger until the tanks die. No one else will get a turn so the passive will only work on sid while he's got ultimate power.

I don't see how you previous suggestion will affect the p3 chirpa/ep thing. Boss is going to get 15 turns in and he is going to go berserk and kill everyone.

the bezerk limit is good but since the boss debuffs often barris will be healing often, probably more often than she should. It's hard to say without the character being playable but I suspect the second proposal is more balanced.

This is still Jedi only right?

Oh nice, if we are opening her passive up to all allies, we will see a big shift in her usage.
