Basic Mode Secondary & Primary Stats Source

Maybe the wrote them themselves? They did develop the characters and probably have some idea on ways to mod them.

Edit: Thank you for pointing out this part of the recommendations, I have always ignored the in-game recommendations (thus never clicking the i) because they have only give recommended sets
