There was an event a while ago Sith vs Jedi and the Jedi all started the encounter with a "high morale" buff. And when the leader does, inflicted some kind of demoralize debuff.
Why not have Bastilla's version of battle meditation grant high morale to allies (ally jedi) and demoralize all enemies for 2 turns or something.
