My Zader lead, Chaze, Wiggs team vs Wiggs lead, Zariss, Chaze opponent.I noticed that the hots are not getting flipped into dots. This is the new norm or is this a bug?

I also noticed recently when I hit palp after he gave offense up it just disappeared and didn't turn into offense down.

CI's 4% heal every turn with HoTs is also broken now. Doesn't work.
