GW isn't a good spot for him though, because each battle is on its own. There is little time to reduce that cooldown. He's going to work better in modes with waves of enemies or raids they last a long time. In Phase 2/4 of HAAT he is going to be able to constantly use his buff and make teams extremely potent.
