Be wary of refunds

i don't know what this means.
are they getting banned because they're asking for refunds, or are they asking for refunds because they're banned?

I'm going to sound as broad as possible.

If you purchase something in any game, you cant take it back from the account easily so when asking for money being returned means the items stay in your inventory.

So the only way to solve this as it would be a crazy exploit is to remove the playability of said account.

During the Malak event, I had members spend money on getting his him geared up and nodded only for them to rip the event. They asked for a refund on the purchases they made for him, idk if they got it or not but they just got banned for asking for one during that time. coincides with that other post kyno shutdown pretty fast

Did they get banned on forums or in game? In game suspensions can't be tied to refund requests. Refunds are at the sole discretion of the store either play store or app store so google or apple control this process not cg or ea.

Refund policies aren't cgs or eas policies they are apple and Google. Highly doubtful they got suspended for refunds...

Either way we likely will not get anyone at cg to answer this question. But incase im wrong let's ping @CG_SBCrumb and see if he's willing to state if cg bans accounts for asking Google or apple for a refunds or if there is potential for a ban to occur because of this.

They shouldn't be able to do that, but I guess I wouldn't be suprised if they did.

I'm not sure but me and my guildmate got ahold of CG lucidaddy so were working through it.
