Beating a dead horse - enough with useless gear!

I was stoked to see a full gear piece in my tank rewards last night. Then I realized it was a mk9 fabritech data pads not one of my chars need. Even if they did need it I have 562 pieces of it from agility challenges. Meanwhile I have 14 toons that need at least one full cuff. How about mixing it up a little? Or some way to sell/swap excess gear?

Plus what does great or best chance even mean? Our guild knocks out heroic pit 3x a week. I have not seen a full piece in at least a month if not longer.
