Gear exchange should be 5:1 pieces of same tier

Eg 5 salavge of mkIV caller can you get one salvage of any other purple gear that requires 20 to craft a full piece (e.g. MkIII holo projectors).

Also it would be awesome if we could upgrade gear. Eg say 5 mkIV caller salvage for one V salavge? Could even be 10:1 ratio
