Best dark side healer?

I've been trying to level up Talia, but her heal is just too weak so I was looking for other recommendations for dark side healers, thanks!

Eh.not really.
Maul doesn't debuff so he doesn't heal.
Vader only gets bug heal when using force crush on his basic it is 80% chance to heal for 20%
Savage only gets 20% if he gets a crit hit
Dooku against non Jedi only heals when he stuns with special.
