Best mods for resistance?

Wondering because I pretty much have critical damage mods when it comes to mod sets. Also I know I need a fast poe would it be better to put a +22 speed secondary for the cross (the main is defence) o...

I find Sid useful with his speed... that gives that initial expose push to RT and then ideally Poe goes and reduces the other teams TM... allowing you to get the snowball rolling and not allow the other team to move.

When it works it's amazing... when it doesn't it can get ugly real fast lol

I don't use them in arena but they are my favorite GW squad.

And p2 for tank, when the ball doesn't roll, it goes sour very quickly lol
