Best Teams for Each HAAT Phase?

I'm sure this has been discussed somewhere - can someone direct me to a discussion about best teams for each HAAT phase?

Our best guys can get 4-5 million on a good run. My understanding is that it is horribly RNG dependent and several restarts are needed to put up those kind of numbers.
