Best turnmeter team for PVP

yep already i tried him before this formation. He is too slow to use his 2nd skill so against high dps teams you have no chance. i tried qgj, sid, dooku etc all combinations i have, as lead or crew. Also healers are not usuable against high damage teams. the thing is, u can win any team while yourself playin but the problem begins while ai playin. Im playin all matches in auto mod to see how ai reacts during game and this is the best formation so far becouse of high turnmeter manipulation and phasmas aid ability. In some games my crew attacks x3 of enemy team :)
