This is ridiculous the fact that my ticket was closed because I was at work and I couldn’t get to the notification in time caused it to close!
And now your web store is refusing my card information even though the game app accepts it!

EA runs customer service now and they don't have customer service. I think they've tasked an 8th grade class or two somewhere else in the world to run their CS for them and they just say they'll get college credit for doing it. (Similar to these forums)
The typical response from customer service is, "I'm sorry, I can't help with that, you should post the issue to your game's forum and see if a developer there can assist."
