Better rewards for events please

Can we please get some better rewards for these events we see only once every 3 months? This past empire event I was soooooo hoping for some chief chirpa shards, cuz I am currently working on him. But...

But if you only give 85 shards for a character that is supposed to "shake up the meta" Krannec and DT, don't put their 10 shards in the shop for 3K shards and fuck literally everyone that can not afford to spend $500 just to 7* a character that will be 100% situational
