Ehhh...still the same. I've geared mine to match the best on my shard, and the enemy Biggs, and lately JC, still dodge way more than my ships do. Worse yet, I use Ashoka my starting lineup, so most my ships have evasion up after the first few rounds. Most my opponents don't use Ashoka
When my target lock sticks, i take first, rarely not top 3 as since my original post, I've gone all in on ships, and have spent a little more money in the game. I've learned strategy with my fleet by manually fighting all 5 battles daily.
I might have been unclear in my OP. I didn't mean only my 1 gear level lower Biggs couldn't hit the enemy Biggs, but 4 out of 5 on my fleet was missing him. The rest of my fleet at the time was as high geared and starred as the enemy Biggs.
