Is anyone else NOT seeing Bistan's U-Wing Shards in the Fleet Shipments - I "stupidly" made the mistake of opting to get 8 Ships at 5* for the challenge rather than save my Currency and buying Zetas. ...

Nope - ship works very well, even my Bistan and Scariff Pilots are not stared/geared well enough, the U-Wing has a critical spot at my starting team (top 10 arena) - I use Tarkin with TIE X1, TIE Fighter, FO TIE, U-Wing and Biggs and the U-Wing is the hidden gem with all the target lock and fast attackers.
Maybe I should try look into it again then :)
