did you just necro this thread from feb'17? It's literally 8 months since the last post. I'll humour u though - been farming bistan's u wing with every spare fleet currency I have had since day 1 of fleet (of course tie advanced, chirrut, etc etc had priority) and am still not at 7*. Been refreshing a lot recently too, but really it's all down to luck. Try your luck in the TB shop - refreshes are 50 crystals x 2 there. Sure it's a waste of tb currency but i'm doing it too for thrawn.
