I spent probably close to 1500 crystals on ship shop refreshes in the last 2 days trying to get one bistan uwing blueprint to 6* it for chimaera. No luck. I went into the event only needing 15 thinking there was no way I wouldn't get that in a week. It only showed up in fleet shop once and I bought 9 in tb shop. So frustrating to be 1 stinking blueprint short of getting 6* chimaera.
