@NicWester if you're not gearing them, the bistan shards are useless, if you are gearing them, congrats on wasting the few resources you get. I would think very few would gear bistan or srp, and for the rest this is useless, and if they do they are making a mistake.
A word of advice any long term ship goal will probably be blown out of the water by new ships.
Also, that is a really bad plan. If you don't invest in the current arena meta, save your gear or put it in other areas.
@Jetlife my question was why I should be grateful for bistan gift like everyone else is, not for the game. Completely different issue. I don't care about this, I only care that the pack is useless, but just quickly EA/CG run it to make money. They don't do this for you. For all you know they have utter contempt or complete indifference to you. They couldn't make me, and the vast majority, pay a cent, what a poor idea that would be.
Don't thank CG for the pack, they aren't trying to be nice, and if you aren't going to use it, who cares about it.
@LRMoser I'm grateful for everything I have that I value. I'm not grateful for the shards because I have been given something useless. And I don't think CG do these things to be kind, so I'm not thankful they made an effort to be kind. If it was gear I could use I would be very grateful for it.
Like I said, I'd trade all the shards for 3 blue droid caller salvage. the free stuff is worthless. Anything that isn't gear is worthless.
